Has anyone tried higher doses of B6 like 200+mg at bed time or Magnesium to help with their PLMS/RLS?

I use a Calcium 333mg - Magnesium 133mg- Zinc 5mg, from Sam's Club, it knocks it out for the wife and me both. I only use it as needed, but it wouldn't hurt to use it all the time, the body needs a kick start every now and again. Jim

I sometimes use CALM - a magnesium supplement powder mixed with water, it seems to help. I haven't heard about the B6 connection, and would like to hear from other folks about it too.
