I'm happy to say that I honestly, truly LOVE my CPAP. I sleep flat out all night every night. Hang in there--keep at it.

Try the Scented CPAP Mask with Pur-Sleep's CPAP Aromatherapy--CPAP Diffuser and Essential Oils.

I love my APAP machine!!!!
I can't get a good nights sleep without it anymore -- I had to try it one night when we lost power (it was out for a week, but I got a battery to power the machine after one night!!!! Already had the cables!!!)

I was one of those that couldn't wait to get my machine and get started.
I was tired of being tired. My titration was incredible. I didn't want to go to bed that night knowing I didn't have a machine and was going to feel like crap again the next morning.....which I did.....

All that said, I'm still trying to get to that "morning after titration" feeling. It'll be a year in June and I'm still waiting for that "Great Day"....But I also didn't get here overnight. I went undiagnosed for 20+ years -- I don't expect miracles.
Someone earlier said "Grab the little things"....I can't help but reiterate that. I DO feel much better!!! It's the small steps....
Like the saying goes, "A journey of 1000 miles starts with the first step".....

Take care -- keep coming back to let us know how you're doing....and Welcome....

cheers
