Hi,
I have a Mirage Quattro, which is working great for not damaging my nose. It seals the first time, every time (after I clean it). However, after 3-4 hours the seal breaks and will not reseal (face wash, mask wipe). I had the same problem with other masks. (except the damaged the bridge of my nose).
My first instinct is that it is facial oil, and it needs a real good cleaning to work (but defeats the purpose of the mask to start).
The idea about silicon mask grease (like scuba divers is one that is interesting, and will check with my therapist since I can't afford to replace the current one). Are there any other solutions? Nasal pillows had a similar problem. I wash my face (tried regular soap, wash with astringent (both salicylic acid and then another time with benzoyl peroxide the benzoyl helped the seal last 4 hours).
Is there anything else? better mask? (anything to mojo masks?)

oily skin issue
Me too.
I've switched to the Nasal Aire II, which is less finicky. Your nares and the headgear actually hold the prongs in place, so you're less dependent on that silicone seal. It CAN get a bit slippery, if I'm neglectful and don't wash it every week. I wash it once a week and I'm just fine.

Plus I don't have the skin irritation and pressure sores issues.
Good luck!
