went back to the old flex fit 432 last night just for sh*z & giggles and got some great #'s (i think) because avg mask leak was 51, although no large leaks @ all.
  • for 8hrs 10min Zzzzzzz
avg pressure 11.2 . max was 14
  • fl 0.7,oa 0.7, h 0.9, vs 12.2 .....AHI 1.6 WOOWHO -am i on to something or not ? tim

fwiw - I recently began adding FL's to my AHI #'s -since FL's also lead to O2 desaturations.

So in your case it would be 1.6 + .7 = 2.3 still respectable - I just think it gives a fuller picture of what is going on. If you are having a FL problem it will show up this way too.

I found that while wearing the 432 I felt like I have to pucker ALL nite. The extra foam seems to push my cheeks together and it gets tiring after awhile.

I'd call a leak rate in Encore Pro of avg leak in dailies of 50 failure, I have to keep under 38 to have good numbers. Jim

At your pressure, for the flexifit mask your leak rate should be 41, so you may want to see if you can work on leaks. Other than that, your numbers are looking good.
