Atlea,
This may be a moot point.... but...

I had many problems with therpay and still do on some nights. I never realized that I had a nose problem... and I do mean... just enough to interfere with therpay. The board helped me figure it out.

I started with nasal masks and later discovered that I was tunneling air out of my mouth... making therapy useless. Chin straps didn't help, and even a switch to a full-face mask left much to be desired. And switching to other FF masks helped but didn't make things consistently better.

Adding Breathe Right nasal strips to my nightly regimen did make a major difference in therapy effectiveness and "comfort" with breathing while sleeping. Of course, they're not cheap, and some people may have sensitivity to the adhesive used to secure the strip to the nose.

They might be worth a try, at least as an adjunct measure toward getting better therapy until you get masks, leaks and settings figured out.
