Just a note that the PAPillow was a lifesaver for me and ended my leak problems. My nose just hangs over the edge which it couldn't do with my regular pillow no matter how I tried to shape it.
I have both the very small one (shaped like a boomerang) for travel and the larger one for home. They are expensive, but given that this is a lifetime treatment, I figure I'll get my $$'s worth.
Misc things to buy (cleaner, pillow, hose cover, etc)

i use the papillow and for the most part i like it...better than a regular pillow for sure
i use pur-sleep and my favourite is fresh, though i use clear when i'm stuffy
i have a fleece hose cover which i love
i use the citrus wipes, mainly because the customer service rep at my dme gave me a freebee, but i will likely purchase more when they run out
i use secaris gel in my nose (ayr gel i think in u.s.) and i also use lansinoh to help keep a seal with my nasal pillows
