LF1 or FL1 on Goodnight 420E
What is the difference between LF1 or FL1 on the Puritan Bennet 420E APAP?

I don't recall seeing an "LF1" on my 420E data. I guess you're referring to "IFL1" and "IFL2"?
Here are links to topics in which -SWS discusses IFL1 and IFL2:

Generally BOTH should be left on. That's the default the machine comes with... IFL1 "on" and IFL2 "on". Also generally speaking, the only time you should turn IFL1 "off" is if you experience pressure run aways with the 420E. Run away being - the machine staying up at whatever top pressure you set a great part of the night. That doesn't happen for most people, so it's not something to turn off unless you really need to.
I'm not a doctor - just my opinion.
