ResScan data download..?

It took several tries to come up with a sure-fire method of getting the ResScan software to detect the presence of the data card. Here's what works for my setup:

1) I unplug the reader from the USB port on my PC (assuming it is not already disconnected).

2) Insert the data card into the reader

3) Plug the reader back into the USB port.

3) Start the ResScan application.

4) Open my patient record.

5) Select download.

and you inserted the card the other way up into the cpap machine? ie, gold side down into the cpap?

The CD that comes with the card has the instructions
(sorry if you know all this)
