I'm a 40 year old woman just diagnosed with sleep apnea. My titration was determined to be 20! Any tips, advice, etc. anyone would like to share would be greatly appreciated.
A friend told me that he heard about a new device on the Paul Harvey radio show. Does anyone have any idea of what this is??
Thanks.

Welcome SW,
Wow! 20cm!
My first suggestion would be to get an Auto-pap or Bi-pap. A pressure of 20 right off the bat may be hard to adjust to. An auto machine would keep your pressure low unless needed to open up your airway.
I haven't heard Paul Harvey advertising a cpap device. Though I love Mr. Harvey he sometimes exaggerates his marketing claims. If you find out what device he is adverising let us know on the forum.
I would suggest that you post any new questions on the cpap and sleep apnea forum. You can find this at the lower right corner of the window in the jump to: Select a forum.
Good luck! let us know how things are going, you will getsome great feedback on the forum.
