This is a good news story. I hope I don't jinx it by telling it.
After 14 sessions on CPAP, my AHI is 2.1 and leakage is 2.1 l/min.
The OPUS 360 works very well for me. Changing from medium to large pillows allowed me to loosen the headgear such that I now barely feel it on my noggin, and there's no discomfort from excessive pressure on the nares. What an improvement (for me) over the CL2.
I'm still trying to find the best position for the hose but it seems like each night that goes by it becomes less and less of an issue. It works best for me by not connecting it to the headgear in the overhead position. I still wake up a couple times each night but after I shift around I'm now falling back to sleep almost right away.
I haven't slept this well in a long time, and I feel sooooo much better. Imagine how I'm going to feel once I get over this cold/flu thing that's going around!
And I owe a lot of it to this forum.
Thanks everyone for sharing your info, experiences, and advice.
