I've had the same problems in the past with any nasal pillow mask I've used. AYR gel is the answer to that problem.
Opus nasal pillows uncomfortable/ pressure questions
I have Opus for my main mask now, IQ for my back-up. Tightening wouldn't work for me for leaks because the side pieces are too long on my face for it to make any difference. I don't think I have the 360. I am not happy to hear hat the new pillows are less comfortable. I have really liked this mask so far. I have on a couple of nights had some leaks that made my machine think it had to run really high and so I just switched over to my IQ and that was ok, but for falling asleep I have happy with the Opus. Why do they always have to improve things not for the better?

Opus sprung huge leaks last night because I tried sleeping on my back, I tried pushing the pillows slightly together (re suggestions from Badbreath and tiredofbeingsleepy)and it worked a treat. I did not have the energy at 3am to race around searching for just the right thing to hold them there, so just switched to IQ, but having now identified the problem I will be forarmed tonight
thanks for super tips!!!

I had to keep reseating my Opus at night as well to maintain seal. I found what works best is if i have the side straps high on my cheeks. If they are too low I get more leaks. Last night I took a leg I had cut off from pantyhose and looped it underneath the mask pulling it to my nose and tying it overhead and had the best results I've had thus far. It didn't move when I turned so it kept the seal. Just make sure you don't let it come up over the exhaust port. I just looped it under the bottom to firmly cradle the mask to my nose.
