Hello --I was set at 7, as per my sleep study. Have not changed it since. It has only been about 6 months. I am thinking of going back to my GP to talk to him again about maybe getting a new script for a data capable machine. I only need straight C pap at my low pressure so I was aiming for the Resmed S8 ELITE perhaps so I'd be able to check on myself since no one else is going to care about it. Or the Vantage --so I can keep my same humidifer.

I am still tired during the days--more towards afternoon --after lunch and about 2:00 --so I am thinking that maybe it is not working as well as it should be --who knows. I am so new to this stuff --no clue--ha!! ha!!

i was titrated a year ago at 6

in september i finally got a data capable machine, and using the reports to guide me (and advice from my buddies around here) i bumped it gradually to 8.5...i had a sleep study two weeks ago, and my dr. says, "ya know what? at a pressure of 10 you had only 1 event/hour! so adjust your pressure to 9.5"

If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got...
