Afrin helps, but it is very dangerous (I was once 'addicted' to it, stupid rebound effect).

I will try picking up that nasal rinse tomorrow! Hopefully my CPAP will start working again tomorrow..

NO AFRIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't stress this enough - NO OTC NASAL SPRAYS OF ANY BRAND OR KIND. They are all more trouble than they are worth. I broke down and tried some during my last period of congestion - SO NOT WORTH IT!!!

Do pickup the Sinus Rinse. It's $10 at my Walgreen's.

Try a little pseudophed, if you can tolerate it. Allegra-D 24 hour really helped during my last period of congestion. I take Claritin 24 hour every AM, and only take the pseudophed when I'm blocked.

Cheers,
Babs

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)
