SIL,

If you're home today, try getting more acquainted with your "stuff" by taking some naps with it.
I THINK.....Too many people try to initially strap this stuff on during the middle of the week when they're all caught up in their schedules and find they can't sleep because of it. The "best" way is to spend some time with it on weekends or days off and get more comfortable with it.....maybe some naps in a comfy recliner or in bed with it on.
