I doubt that I will make it this time. I have a pretty busy week but let me know what happens.

Well it seems I haven't posted this in a couple years now and the reason is simple - no one shows. So here is one last effort for those who live nearby.

Griffin will host it's Sleep Apnea Support Group meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012 at 7PM. The scheduled speaker is Dr. Jeffery. Since I am NOT associated with Griffin Hospital in any way, I'm sorry I don't know what his specialty is.

I can tell you that one of my favorite Sleep Doctors (Dr. Chaisson) is scheduled to speak on Wed. March 28, 2012. So mark your calendars now.

I hope to see some new faces.

The Griffin Support group meets that last Wed. of each month.

hi Gumby
i dont think I can make it tomorrow night....but I will try for the march 28 if you think the speaker Dr Chaisson is good. I have been to 2 AWAKE meetings sponsored by J & L and I dont think they are worth the time.
it would be good to get some folks from the forum together I think.

I know Dr. Chaisson is good. I really liked the way she cared for my dad, plus she knows what's up. I'm sure it will be worth your time. Hope you (and others) can make it.

IF I have to do another Sleep Study, I want to go to Griffin Sleep Lab.

I did 4 sleep studies my first year. ALL while taking Chantix. First 2 were at Gaylord, I won't go back. Second two were at the VA. All I will say about that is the price was right.

It is a bit like primitive camping (no showers and use hospital beds) but I did like my tech but then I liked the tech at Gaylord too, plus that was when they were at the Marriott. Those beds were great and made me realize that I was in need of a new bed.
