Acoustial Vibrations and APAP
Acoustial Vibrations and APAP
If I keep my APA setting between 6 and 7, then I have 200+ acoustical vibrations per night. If I let it go up to 8, I have almost none. I have no apneas at either setting. Is the goal to eliminate both apneas AND vibrations?

Well, Tom, I don't play my acoustical guitar while sleeping. Can't help you.
Seriously, what is acoustical or acoustial (you spelled both ways) vibrations? Flutters of the throat/soft palate tissues?

I'm guessing the acoustical vibrations are primarily snoring, but could also include coughing, throat clearing, etc. I'd suggest if you want to reduce your snoring then your goal should be to adjust your settings to reduce your acoustical vibrations. For me my primary goal would be to reduce Apneas/Hypopneas, but secondarily there are also benifits to reducing your snoring as well. Just my opinion/guess, definitely not an expert
