Err 15 on GoodKnight 425

Post by horizonscout » Wed Jan 16, 2008 4:06 pm

Getting error 15 on the unit. anyone know what it means? Also, anyone have a copy of WillSucceed's (or any) setup instructions handy. Got some scribbled ones from the RT/ST here somewhere with my settings. [8/12] But would be nice to have a softcopy set too.

Thanks in advance. . HorizonScout . . ZZZzzz

Err XX is explained as 2 digits (doesn't list specific 2 digits in the manual) means the device has detected an operating fault...solution...contact technical support

Err 1 is explained as...the mask is disconnect...solution...This message disappears as soon as the interface is well connected and you have breathed 3 or 4 times, or if you press the ON/OFF button twice. Otherwise check the patient circuit connection.

That's all I have in the manual.

Sounds like it is sick.
You might contact these people and ask them if they have any further information.
