If you are mouth breathing at night with a nasal mask, would you get a sore throat from the pressures? I have a painfully sore throat when I swallow. and last night I struggled to breath through my nose so in the early hours of the morning my mask had to go

The pressurized air blowing out through your mouth can cause enough dryness to leave you with a sore throat. It can also leave you with a dried out and painful tongue. Mouth breathing and/or mouth leaking will ruin your treatment. You could try tape, poligrip strips, or a FF mask.
