4 sleep studies in 4 subsequent nights

You can't take your money with you, so why not purchase some sleep
studies. My AHI was determined to be 67.4 back in December. My
Doctor determined that I was very sick. I said my wife could have told
you that for a whole lot less than $3000! I had symptoms of severe
anxiety, frequent nocturia, depression, morning headaches, daytime
sleepiness, mitral valve leakage, loud snoring, Erectile dsyfunction,
high cortisol levels, feelings of suffocation, night sweats with racing pulse, and short-term memory loss. I currently have NONE of those symptoms.

Here is my data from 4 subsequent sleep studies.
Night 1 ResMed Spirit Auto AHI 7.6
Night 2 Silent Nite Dental Device $100 (No PAP) RDI 2.06
Night 3 Silent Nite plus PB 420e AutoPap RDI 1.28 AHI 2.9
Night 4 Silent Nite plus PB 420e plus Oxygen bleed (1 L/m) RDI 0.40 AHI 0.8

RDI's were calculated using Oxygen desats. A minimum of 7 hours
was recorded for each night.

Thanks for posting your data. I have many of the same symptoms so it gives me hope to know they can be reversed.

I'm now on my 3rd week of treatment. I've progressed to the point where I feel adjusted to the system and have been averaging ~6hours of drop dead sleep a night. After about 6 i usually wake and end up sleeping very lightly for 1 to 2 more. I can say my constant dull headache has faded some but is still there. My blood pressure and heart rate are both down. I feel like i have more energy and had a fairly productive day today. I'm really looking forward to the day when the dull headaches are a thing of the past and I wake feeling fully rested and refreshed. I'm especially looking forward to hopefully seeing the ED reversed.
