Comfort Curve Report

Post by Newsgrouper » Wed May 04, 2005 10:51 am

I figured out the cheek pad alignment, fitted a large nose cushion, and connected to my Respironics Auto for a nap. I slept for a little over an hour, turning from side to side as usual. No leaks that I noticed and I quickly became accustomed to the pressure exerted by the cheek pads. The nose cushion can be moved quite a bit without breaking the seal. It reminds me of the seal on my Activa.

I also followed a recommendation found here (I believe from rested gal) about adding an inexpensive and thin Wal-Mart foam pillow atop my good Tempur-Pedic foam pillow. So much more comfortable and it relieves the stress I have always felt on my shoulders as a side sleeper. It also makes movement against the mask more forgiving.
