Encore Pro Generation Report Erros

After my card made the Remtar Auto Go crazy because of a card malfunction, I installed the original card that my DME had provided me with. This morning in an attempt to download the data everything went as normal until I asked to download the report for the last 3 nights...and got an error message:

Error Description: rptSleepTherapyDailyDetails - Error in GetAPAPEvents.

Can anyone tell me what the error is saying and how to correct it? Thanks!

Jeff,

I thought I'd seen just about everything.....but that IS a new one.

Did it put a line in your "Interaction" list?
Did you try to re-boot, delete the interaction (if there is one) and try it again?

In this location on your computer, there is this directory:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\LOG

If you select the "View" option of "Details" for that folder, you can see which log file was created when you downloaded. You should be able to view that log file with Notepad or Wordpad. Reading that file MIGHT give you a clue as to what happened.

Den the only info I could find in the file for today was;

Those are the only dates in the recent log file that pertained to this mornings error.

What I have done was reformat my old card with the program the RVW recommed and put it back in the CPAP and when I did the lights did not blink nor did the CPAP go crazy. I will try that card for a few days and see if I can get a good read off that. Thanks for your help.

If you haven't, you might want to re-format that card the the DME gave you, too.

Something is messed up in the database and Encore Pro is not handling it well. You may want to try reformatting your card and you may also need to delete the last interaction to remove the offending data.
