Oceanpearl....Wow you really opened my eyes on that issue. I am dedicated, I just had the holiday mentality. Hey buddy gain another 15lbs to make your goals harder.... WHAM! Thx for the eye opener. I did however today opt for the $5.00 salad rather than the $2.00 2 cheeseburgers I noramally get at McD's.... A journey in small steps has the lesser amounts of trips and falls

Sleepwalkin...I had an EEG done and they said no abnormalities. I only sleepwalk @ home or @ inlaws. And I have a 1 yr old son. When he is fighting sleep or cranky I lie him sideways in my lap with his head on my leg. 3-5 minutes of him sleeping and he is out. I don't move a muscle then. And I also find I feel as though I have slept better. Of course my wife and inlaws panic about this....With good reason I know.

My point was not that you sleepwalk, but that there are related but DIFFerent conditions that may be responsible for your falling out of the chair and I'm not sure an EEG is the only way to diagnose them, but your MD probably knows best.

O OK Thanks Julie, I have an appointment with both my regular Doc and my Sleep Doc in 2 weeks. I will put that on my list of questions to ask them

Sum, two weeks is plenty of time to FAX or write to the sleep lab/doc and request those copies of the sleep evaluation and titration studies' doctor dictated results (1-2 pages) AND the full data summary reports (5-7 pages) w/graphs. That will give them time to either mail them to you or at least have them printed out and ready to give to you when you see the doctor.

Losing weight has nothing to do with diet or exercise. Losing weight is all about getting your head right. When you do that the weight will be a snap to lose.
Bought my wife an elliptical machine for Christmas and I was on it myself every morning since then. "I GOT MY HEAD RIGHT".
Once had a friend tell me that we put too much signifance on food and that we should stop thinking about it as a pleasure and consider it as just a method for fueling our bodies. Made sense to me.
I just want to go back to sleep!

Hee, hee! Far be it from "me" to say, "I told you so"! They don't come any better than this group here at cpaptalk nor any better than our host, cpap.com, for making this forum so open and free for offering advice, support and sympathy, empathy amongst the members and even guests.
