Doug, you wanna try an NAII in your mix? I have a pretty complete setup I could send you. I can also send you a Tiara Topaz chinstrap to try with it.
What the heck? It's a free offer. If it doesn't work you just send it back and it costs you less than $5.
I'm not saying it will become your holy grail. But it's what I have to offer. And having a couple of masks in your stable might help you towards compliance.
BTW, have you tried PurSleep? I could send you a "test drive" kit for that, too. Again, I'm not selling this stuff, I'm just offering a trial. Your suffering lately has struck me. If you were my neighbor I'd be there already with stuff in hand.

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. 
BTW, just my experience, I would get one good night out of the Hybrid, then be fiddling with it endlessly ever after. I went from the Hybrid to the NAII and couldn't be parted from the NAII.
I find the Hybrid very fiddly with that delicate silicone membrane. I'm just too rough and tumble a girl for that. It's way too high maintenance for me.
You might also see about trying a Swift. There appears alot of love for that on this forum. I can't imagine why, but I'm sure someday someone will send me a Swift and convert me from my NAII... hint, hint....
