What is runs(FL)? It is listed below apneas and hypopneas in my data. Never paid too much attention to it. What should it be? Thanks!

I take it as a measure of how much congestion I have, If I don't take decongestants with the right timing, the number goes up, and I'm in for a bad night.

I'm sure there's a more defining answer comming, but for me that what it means in the real world. Jim

According to the Silverlining manual:
  1. A run is a period with flow limtations.
A flow limitaton Run (capitalized in the original) is defined as one of the following:
Two respiratory cycles with with low limitations
    Or 10 intermidiate respiratory cycles.

A run ends after two successive respiratory cycles without (any) flow limitations.
Looks to me like the "intermediate cycles" might be shallow breathing - the kind that drives up the 420E pressure when IFL=1.
