Hi,
Get a m-series autp with a-flex....see more details information on the wed site www.respronics.com has vast of information on auto aflex etchnology and algorithm etc.....so far a-flex is one of the best that i know off and others more advance like teh sv etc for central apnea and you situation looks like more hypopnea than central apnea.....good luck and get the cpap treatment before it get worst for your heart and bllod pressure....OSD is not joke mate. take good care of youself.
