Thanks, Gilda! I won't be able to post as often as I used to, but I do plan to stay. And I hope Liam with that wonderful wisdom and sense of humor intends to visit just as often as it suits his fancy.
Liam, there are no immediate easy solutions to frank or overt CSDB just yet. The solution is merely a horizon away...

my dr wrote me a prescription that he said will help with the
discomfort of breaking in a new cpap. It was for a liter of
Smirnoff. I guess that is what you can expect from a
Russian Doctor.
