SLEEPING WITH NOISE CANCELING HEADPHONES

Post by Cliff » Sun Dec 09, 2007 1:51 pm

You need to try this....I picked up a pair of Bose noise canceling headphones, and now I can't even hear the CPAP. Add music from my iPod, and LIFE IS GRAND !!

I was thinking of trying that with some music that is supposed to help you get to sleep. But I'm not sure I could sleep with yet another thing attached to my head.

The foam ear plugs that look like candy corn have worked for me for several years....and the GF too.

I use the earplugs also!!! I need them for other reasons (wife snores like a freight train), but they're also a whole lot cheaper than the Bose headset!!!!

I wonder if a headset would help hold the headgear in place better....Hmmm.

cheers

Wars arise from a failure to understand one another's humanness. Instead of summit meetings, why not have families meet for a picnic and get to know each other while the children play together?

Noise canceling headphones? Ear plugs? The noise coming from my old CPAP machine helps me go to sleep.
