I have been using it for two weeks now . I find it comfortable and just the right the size. At first glance I though it small and perhaps too firm. Use however has proved differently.
It has positively improved my therapy to point that I have not had an ahi over .7
Previously using an oversized tempurpedic pillow Ahi's would go as high as 1.7 which while still low were not as low as I experience with the papillow
Perhaps the difference would been even greater were I using an ordinary pillow.

I've been using the double-edge PAPillow for a couple of years. I really like it.
Hadn't noticed any change in AHI (which is always very low anyway) but the pillow sure suits me comfort-wise.
The only other pillow I like to use sometimes, just for a change, is the "Shapeable" pillow from Target. But the PAPillow remains my favorite.
