Help! I got no advice from my sleep doctor or dentist.

Have been using CPAP for about 6 years now, but I am getting sick of it.

I had some sore spots caused by my dentures when I first went onto cpap so I left them out overnight and that worked fine.
Otherwise get some Bonjela Gel, that works wonders.

My dentist, my sleep pulmo and my sleep tech at my titration study all said NOT to wear my dentures at night. I hated the mask fitting for my titration w/o my dentures but I understood why the tech strongly suggested it. I understood even better when I took a different mask home that I was fitted for at the DME supplier's w/my dentures in.
