I've been doing a little research in how to get the same results in stopping leaks with the Mirage Quattro as I did with the use of the pantyhose, and I think I've found a solution.

Turns out that an applied pressure on the mask right above where the elbow attaches to the mask brings about near the same results as placing the pantyhose over the entire assembly. As a result I tried using various materials to form a belt like apparatus which would pass around my head and across this section of the mask.

A very good solution, I've found, is a 1 inch wide Velcro strap which is designed to go around and secure small luggage. I purchased this strap at the local hardware store in a pack of two for about $5.00. Each strap is one inch wide and 27 inches long with a plastic buckle at one end. You thread the one end through the buckle to form a loop and then that end Velcro’s to the strap to keep it from slipping. It is made out of a slightly stretchy material, not unlike that which my original headgear is made of which gives a little stretch and makes it easier to put on and remove.

So far I've had no leaks while using it and it is very comfortable as well ...
