Get the Neilmed sinus rinse kit, a must have for sinus issues. I actually find when I use the rinse & a nasal mask my sinus issues have improved.
You might want to try the Optilife. It has a strap that is built in to go under your chin. Helps to hold your mouth closed. It is a nasal mask though, so get the sinus issues cleared up first.

If you are a mouth breather then maybe you should be looking at the F&P Oracle Mouth Mask made especially for mouth breathers. Amazon have them http://www.amazon.com/Oracle-Oral-BiPAP ... B000PS35RM
