I am using a Respironics bipap auto with biflex, my AHI is normally between 3 and 5, leaks are not an issue, but then every 5 to 7 days I will go up to say 6.5. I am set for auto bipap at 7 to 18.
My encore charts look like I sometimes have many hypopneas and that seems to be what triggers the higher AHI
I am thinking about raising the lower pressure.
Any other ideas to lower the hypopneas ?

Re: help to lower hypopneas
Were you ever titrated ?
A smaller range around your titration pressure might be helpful.
Also avoid back sleeping and try using gravity to keep your tongue from falling back and blocking airway
