how much has congestion caused your nightly press to increas

Post by neillebo » Tue Nov 20, 2007 7:56 pm

I am finding on apap that the machine wants to go over 12 every night, but i have kept that as my max pressure since i was titrated at 9. It has hit me that i had a very very clear nose in the hospital and am always congested at home. i take steroids, etc. I assume that if you are partially congested (i can still use the nasal pillows) that the machine will have to produce higher pressure than normal for the same outcome? is this true? so, can that explain what i was titrated at 9 and i am beginning to think that 9 s/b my MIN. at 9 when i loosen my throat, i can hear snoring.

how much, if at all, have you seen your pressure increase on nights where you were stuffed up on side or both but could still use it?

The Neti Pot is good for stuffy nose but the Neilmed Sinus Rinse is better.

I started using Nasaline about a year ago ...

Then earlier this summer I tried the Grossan system and so far, I found it to be the best for me (a little on the pricy side but well worth it since I place a high value on my health).

I concur with Jame's assessment ... also to me, the pulsating flow sort'a massages your sinuses very gently ... really cool gadget.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

The link I mentioned above is for the NeilMed NasaFlo Neti Pot with 50 Premixed Packets. Are you speaking about this or perhaps the product I am supposedly getting free from filling out the form that came in this product? It has a bottle instead of the pot and is supposed to provide more forceful delivery of the solution.
