I love my swift II. I also have the original opus. I was unable to use the opus because it starts leaking after an hour or two and couldn't be made to stop. That said, the new opus 360 is supposed to maybe address this issue with a different kind of material or different configuration of the pillows. The swift II has fit MY nares better than any other pillow on the market, but it isn't perfect. The barrel is large, but it doesn't press on my upper lip at all. I sleep on a memory foam pillow and don't have trouble with the swift. I can only sleep on one side, so the hose coming out the opposite side doesn't bother me, but you can use the swivel to angle it away from the pillow and it isn't that big of a deal. You just have to fiddle with it when you turn over. If that would be a problem, then the swift II would be a problem for you.
Wish it were easier to pick. I want to try the new opus 360 pillows. If they improved them it could be a good alternative to the swift.
