I believe the M series has had some problems as you mentioned about missing days and not matching up with numbers on software (most likely a machine firmware issue). I think the firmware that displays the LED numbers does the rounding off differently when calculating averages. As Jim and Den said, just use the software and not get so obssessed ... remember it is just for monitoring trends and not for scientific analysis to be published in a journal.

The bear definitely needs to take the white coat off and look straight ahead at us before he replies. Most DME/RT don't even know how to get into the details menu of the software. Perhaps that is why bear1mdr is so against patients using the software ... he is afraid they will ask questions he can't answer and prefers to only read complaince data.
BTW - is the complaince data what you based your 70% compliance number in that other thread? ... that might explain why you see yourself on a big white horse comming to rescue the forum members from the terrors of ignorance.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

Opps! Forgot to log in first.
This type of response is not helpful to the OP (original poster).
Or anyone else who isn't suffering some type of ego issues.

I notice you have the "M" Bi-PAP, some of those don't have the two day data vacation feature it seems, probably due to different firmware. Jim
Use data to optimize your xPAP treatment!
