My favorite after building up a varied collection of shaped, foam, & synthetic pillows--two very soft down pillows. They are low fill, very soft, and stay where I scrunch them until I rescrunch them for another sleep position. They don't push my head forward to aggravte my cervical arthritis.
I did not like paying Scania Down prices-but two years later I can say they were an excellent buy. Plus I can take them back to the store for a cleaning and a little relofting when they get compacted. I have not had to do that yet-but the price for that service is quite reasonable. Why two pillows instead of one thicker pillow?? Versatility-use one for sleeping on back-two for side sleeping.
