bloody noses, humidifier, help!!!

I have recently started to get nosebleeds.... very very dry. My humidifier is sturned way and way down. i keep trying to figure it out... anyone else have this? any cures?

I agree sounds like you need more humidity.. Unless you ment to say way up and also way down having it still dryout, then is sounds like a faulty HH not getting hot enough!

the experts my be ably to help better as i'm only a baby in the hosehead world!

Yup, yup, I concur. Turn that humidifier UP, not down! It is the lack of sufficient humidity causing the dry nasal cavities and nose bleeds. There were several nights last winter that my integrated humidifier turned up full blast couldn't do the job. Thank God, a fellow CPAPper loaned me his stand alone Fisher & Paykel HC 100 heated humidifier which had a higher capacity.
