Busted!!

But, I gotta confess, the software and my little PB 420e/UMFF combo have gotten me from an AHI of 105 2 1/2 years ago (untreated) to a current AHI of <2.0 routinely with lots of AI=0 nights. So I ain't gonna complain!

i've gotten lazier and lazier, i must confess

wash my face, brush my teeth, tie up my hair, take my plmd meds and iron supp, wipe down my mask with cpap wipes (freebee from the customer service chick at my dme...shush, don't tell); put on the pur-sleep, top up the hh if needed, put chapstick on lips, put on the mask, check obsessively for leaks for about 5 minutes, go to sleep

in the morning, since just over a week ago, download my smartcard, read the reports while drinking my morning tea

every couple of weeks wash the whole kit and kaboodle (sometimes after 3 weeks)
that's about it

check humidifier on aflex [ usually fill every 2nd day ]
put few drop pursleep
put little ayr gel in nares
slip twilight np on head and fit in nares
auto on kicks in
sleep

clean every week or two -
usually check card Sat AM

coming up on year got AHI under two

8.5 to 16 90% at 11
