The report was partly redacted to protect the anonymity of the medical professionals, the facility and the patient. No data was removed or changed.
The out-of-alignment data on the pages is inherent from the original printed pages of the report which were scanned directly to .pdf without changes. The five (5) pages of PSG data presented were copied to this secondary .pdf directly from my original 344-page medical file .pdf.

Yeah... my warped way with words. But words are keys to the nicest places in some minds. One never knows what they may unlock, or double-lock the doors on. They're also good for dusting a soul... if applied properly with gentle finesse.
I fogot to annotate some med-notes in the .pdf -- They had me on 2400mg per day of Gabapentin (Neurontin), for pain, throughout that time. And pain was a prime contributor to the causes of my arousals, some of my centrals, leg movements and twitching. All were minimized during the study because they told me to keep taking the Gabapentin on through the period before and during the study. Nice... that left them an excuse for putting me on a straight CPAP at 7 cmH2O. Ohhhh well... I learn late, but I do learn... sometimes. Thank you....

Re: Sleep Study (PSG) details - Nodzy's 2001
I formatted the original Sleep Study data, presented on pages one (1) and two (2), into a legible format that is far easier to read than the original data on following pages.
http://www.b419.net/bipap/nodzys2001psg.pdf
NOTE: The god-like med pros had me on 2400mg of Gabapentin through the period before and during the Sleep Study, as treatment immense pain. Clearer-headed now after achieving great therapy without their input, I look back and instantly recognize a Sleep Study skewed to the "tender side" by medications.
How truly effective is that medication-tender PSG in diagnosing and prescribing long-term for my SDB/OSA? Too, the study involved only 3.9-hours of sleep time – yet another shortcoming of their “professional” degreed methodology. I shudder at them expecting full trust from me.
