pulling off mask at night

Post by bablessing01 » Mon Oct 01, 2007 10:18 pm

Ok, why do you think I may be pulling the mask off at night? I use the nasal pillows and have no problem with leaks when the nasal pillows are on my face. At some point of the night I'm taking off the nasal pillows. last night my husband woke me up to have me put it back on. I thought it was the exhalation pressure and have switched to the cflex. I am more comfortable but that hasn't made me keep it on. My Dr. has lowered my pressure to 8 and will add a point every week to get it back to 10. Any suggestions?

I found that using Ayr Gel with the Swift nasal pillows made a HUGE difference. I don't think I've removed the mask a single time since I started using it. Give it a shot!
