Nasal pillows?

Hi,
Have a retina that detached and having surgery tomorrow. Surgery came up suddenly and I now realize that I will spend two weeks bent over like an old woman and will have to sleep on my stomach. (which is going to be hell for me) I'm a side sleeper.

I'm thinking that maybe if the surgeon writes me a prescription for a nasal pillow mask the ins just might help me pay for it.(although the surgeon asked if I could do without my cpap for two weeks!

Anyone had this surgery and what type/kind of mask were you able to use and or recommend/ I hate things in my nose, but realize that this may be my only option for awhile.
