It probably is too tight. It may not be the right size for you. Many people need to use a larger size nasal pillow than they think they would.

Also, if you are not already doing so, put a little bead of Ayr Saline Nasal Gel or lanolin on your nares before putting on the Swift. That will help seal with the seal.

How long have you been using the Swift and what is your cpap pressure?

I've been using it for about a month, with a pressure of 10. It gets sore in the area between my nostrals, and a little on the tip. I am using the med size pillows. Alot of the time, it feels like I still have it on when I don't.

Sounds like it way too tight. But try the Ayr gel, it should help some. Then try a different sized pillow.

As mentioned earlier, find the least pressure to maintain a seal, use the AYR nasal gel, and day by day you will feel less irritated, and begin to be more comfortable with your tratment.
