Wow, good point Echo. I never noticed that happening to me, but I don't rinse that often any more. I'm glad you mentioned that. I will try to avoid that in future.
I love using the neti pot when I'm stopped up. It is so satisfying to watch all that snot just run out with the water! Sure wish I had given it a try years ago when I first saw one!
