Hey! I didn't say they were gonna be listening! Heck, my goal is to hit 100 years of age and sit in my rocking chair on the front porch and hiss at everyone who walks by!!!!

My heroines are Sophia on Golden Girls and Diana on Waiting For God!! Altho Bea Arthur as Maude was a favorite of mine as well.

As a guy on Rush Limbaugh, while he was only in Sacramento, said to us...
"You get the government you deserve..." AMEN.

As my dad said...50 years ago..."If those old men in congress had to go fight these wars, we wouldn't have any more."

I have an email address for people within Respironics and have practically begged them to come to this forum.......I think one does, because I can email him about a problem and he has told me he "read about it". Don't ask, don't tell.

I have had good and bad experiences with DMEs. The problem I have found locally is finding a GOOD ONE.

I know of a real good DME in Denver and he said I could use his name if anyone wants to know. I think he covers the whole state of Colorado. He is a good guy who will tell you the truth and he knows his business. True Sleep LLC is the name of the business, on South Parker in Denver. He has been an RT and knew a lot about every piece of equipment we discussed, including what they had done with me at the National Jewish Hospital. I have his email address also. Or call there and ask for Eddie Campbell. I wish he was out here.

Apria has a super manager named Steve, but I don't have his permission to use his name. Call Apria in Denver & ask for the manager named Steve.
HE is a hard worker who will go the extra distance to get things done right.
Eddie was his "Go To" guy when I was there, but as I was leaving Denver I got the info on Eddie's new business. I wish both those men well. They are the caliber of people we look for.

Installing Software is like pushing a rope uphill.
I have Encore Pro 1.8.65 but could not find it listed
under software.

I LOVE the SV.

Thanks Den,

Yes very interesting thread & the discussions I saw were polite (thats good )

I will spend some time looking back to the start. Nice to get this kind of perspective.

Well, if we could figure out how to get in to post, we could change that in a hurry.
I noticed there WAS a "guest" post......how did that happen???

In view of the fact that there have been a number of RTs and DMEs that have frequented THIS forum over the years, it's too bad that they're a little narrow-minded that way. They might be amazed at what they'd learn if they let us post.

Yeah, but, Den. Do you really think they want a bunch of irate patients telling them the TRUTH about the "service" they provide?

Heck no......that's pretty obvious.

Rod Petersen from Express CPAP Supply made a relatively recent post that sort of got some points across and made some of them look at the situation a little differently.

Yes, I saw that and thought he expressed himself very well getting his point across. And his comments were accepted gracefully. At least as far as had been posted at the time I read them.
