Another solution (this works great for traveling, by the way, because it's small, easily removable, and reusable) is to use a 3M Command Adhesive hook to hang your hose from the wall. Also, I'm a big fan of the Respironics Performance tubing because with its lighter weight it pulls less on the mask than regular tubing. I often have it draped over my arm or shoulder and hardly notice it's there.
