UPDATE: Direct Home Medical is Sending Me A New SOFTWARE CD

Finally got in contact with them and they are sending me a new cd as they said they mailed it today, YEAAAAAAAAAA, I am new at this and was worried but now it looks like the panic was for nothing, I just hope this cd isn't blank or I will get a refund, I did ask them to check it this time though.. Thanks to all for all your help and advice... "ALL OF YOU PEOPLE out there in SLEEPY LAND are REALLY NEAT" so until the next post, take care my new sleepy friends
