Isn't the whole "after market" concept a wonderful thing?

And......
When they rolled this out a few months ago, it worked for two days, then went down.
How long will it stay up THIS TIME?

I honestly don't know if a few months ago they announced it as a beta test or a final launch. That said, assuming it was a beta test...
Having worked in both the software industry and at an internet startup, I can assure you that judging them on that alone isn't fair. That's what beta testing is for. They can either roll it out to everybody as a final product or announce it as a beta version. The fact of the matter is that you take your chances if you choose to take advantage of anything that is in beta, be it a website or software. That's why most companies that distribute beta software include a prominent legal disclaimer telling people that says, in essence, don't be surprised if there are problems that we need to know about before we can call this version 1.0.

Thanks for that perspective, Doug. I guess I didn't realize it was a test. I thought it was ready for action. Okay, so I guess I'll hang back and see when it's ready for action.
I think this is a good idea, if they include a "buy it now" option. There's plenty of us with a graveyard full of masks we want to offload, but don't really feel like going through the auction game. I don't want to rip anyone off, and I don't want to be ripped off. I'd rather just sell things straight at a fair price. If my $20 to start Nasal Aire II auction closes for $99, I'm going to feel bad that the buyer is being ripped off. But if I start it for 99 cents, and it closes for $10, I'm going to feel bad that I've been ripped off.
I know... that's the breaks.
Cheers,
B.
I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula.

Wars arise from a failure to understand one another's humanness. Instead of summit meetings, why not have families meet for a picnic and get to know each other while the children play together?
