Encore 1.8+ WITH a dr. prescription??

If my dr. writes me a prescription for 1.8+, my insurance will not cover it, so I
pay for it. Problem is...if I went through Apria the price might be (EDIT) real high. I originally posted $1700 as "a number". I really don't know what they would charge...yet. (end of edit)

Surely one of us has went to the trouble for the prescription for it...no???
