Apple Cider Vinegar

Post by vdol52 » Thu Aug 23, 2007 7:10 pm

I'm glad you guys are using Apple cider vinegar. I was told to try the unpasturized apple cider vinegar. Of course that means that it has all the live enzymes available for the body to use.
It is not available in most grocery stores, only health food stores.
I use Braggs and it is really tasty.

I honestly believe it cuts mucous. I could sweat I breathe better when I use it, unfortunately not good enough to toss the CPAP out.

My local Safeway and Wegmans supermarkets sell unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, it costs a bit more than at Trader Joe's and a bit less than at Whole Foods.

Wonder if the apple cider vinegar could help the gout that I get in my feet?

My personal belief is that a low carb diet is best for health.
I know that sugars and carbs feed fungus and bacteria that are in our body. What seems to happen is that by taking antibiotics, we comprimise the intestinal flora. One should always take a probiotic after an antibiotic. I take them routinely.

I believe I am on the right track.

Not just to get this CPAP thing to work.
