Thanks, Bill. I just got the RemStar Auto with A-flex -- replacing only after 5 nights use, the RemStar Pro with C-flex. (Long story, but after 5 nights on the Pro, my AHI was averaging 15.4 and I'm still not feeling particularly well rested.) Anyway, I will be able to read the AHI, so I'll know if the new prescription is working. Right? Still learning!!

The Remstar Auto does provide you with significant more data than just compliance information but all this data is written to the Respironics card. You will still need a card reader and Respironics Encore Pro software. There are large number of posts in this forum about both.
